Migración venezolana en la frontera sur de Estados Unidos

EL VENEZOLANO COLOMBIA | INFO MARTÍ

Cientos de migrantes de origen venezolano cruzaron por el fronterizo río Bravo, división natural entre México y Estados Unidos, en el cruce Juárez-El Paso, y lograron avanzar a territorio estadounidense para entregarse a autoridades, según informaron activistas.

Según testigos, los migrantes se aventuraron a atravesar el río y, por la tarde del sábado, el grupo más numeroso fue de unas 300 personas. Sin embargo, durante el día estuvieron cruzando en bloques más compactos.

Según explico la abogada de migración Yeni Páez, quien indicó que hay una gran cantidad de venezolanos, lo que demuestra una crisis total en la frontera sur.

Migrantes venezolanos han detallado que al momento de pasar el muro, se entregan al organismo de migración norteamericano porque se les está otorgando un asilo humanitario, por esa razón es que tantos venezolanos han decido emigrar hacía los Estados Unidos.
