“Continuidad constitucional de la Asamblea Nacional”

El diputado de la Asamblea Nacional por el estado Zulia Omar Barboza fijó posición sobre la decisión de desconocer el fraude con las elecciones legislativas que se pretendió realizar el pasado 6 de diciembre, el cual el protagonista de ese evento fue “el silencio ruidoso” del pueblo venezolano, expresando de esa manera su rebeldía ante el intento de burlar la soberanía popular.

El parlamentario zuliano de igual forma indicó que la Asamblea Nacional aprobó de manera unánime el pasado 9 de diciembre un acuerdo en donde desconoció el fraude del 6-D, dejando claro de acuerdo a los artículos 25 y 138 de la Constitución esa farsa electoral es nula y la pretensión de ejercer como diputados con fundamentos en ese acto nulo constituye lo que la Constitución califica como usurpación de funciones.

Asimismo, expresó que luego de ese intento de fraude, el pueblo venezolano habló muy claro en la consulta popular para darle toda la legitimidad con la condición que se fijará en relación a esos acontecimientos que son: rechazar el fraude, exigir elecciones libres y solicitar mayor apoyo de la comunidad internacional para restablecer la democracia y los derechos humanos en nuestro país.
