Hoy salimos a las calles de Bogotá en busca de un arriendo ¿Cuáles son los costos y los requisitos? Vamos a conocer la experiencia de los venezolanos.

En San Cristóbal Norte y Barranca (zona norte de Bogotá) los precios de los apartamentos son mínimos están en el rango de 800.000 a 1.000.000 de pesos (Unos 250 USD) en sectores con estrato 3.

Los requisitos varían, sin embargo, la mayoría de arrendatarios solicitan fiador con finca raíz o que devengue un sueldo del doble del costo del arriendo, constancia laboral, los últimos tres extractos bancarios, documento de identidad. Es por ello que a los venezolanos que trabajan en la economía informal se les hace cuesta arriba conseguir un alquiler en la capital colombiana.
