El comisionado especial de Relaciones Exteriores, Julio Borges, se reunió con el senador estadounidense Rick Scott en la ciudad de Washington, Estados Unidos.

“Con el señor Scott estuvimos discutiendo varios temas y además trabajamos para tener conclusiones reales y todos los países no deben ver el tema de Venezuela como un problema ajeno”, detalló Borges.
