Es un día diseñado por el gobierno para que los colombianos compren sin pagar el tributo. El primer día del año sin IVA se hará en esta fecha.

La reforma tributaria aprobada a finales de 2019 en el Congreso de la República ha tenido muchas medidas polémicas. Una de ellas fue la decisión de hacer “tres días sin IVA” durante el año, una norma que causó mucha inquietud.

Según el articulado, esta norma solo aplicará en establecimientos físicos y al detal, con factura electrónica y pago electrónico. Esto implica que, para beneficiarse de esto, el comprador debe ir a un local físico y pagar con tarjeta débito, crédito u otro mecanismo electrónico. No aplica para ventas en línea, ni para pago en efectivo.

Ahora, en medio del proceso que se adelanta para la reglamentación e implementación de esta norma, Juan Alberto Londoño, viceministro de Hacienda, afirmó que se realizaría un sábado en el mes de julio, así lo comentó.
