Conversaremos con Rocío Castañeda, Jefa de Selección y Contratación de SunShine Bouquet y Fredy Laiton, Director de Desarrollo Organizacional de @sunshinebouquetco sobre el programa de inclusión laboral de #migrantes venezolanos, #colombianos retornados y población local vulnerable.

SunShine Bouquet es una empresa que cultiva y exporta flores desde #Colombia hacia Estados Unidos y gracias a un acuerdo de colaboración que estableció con la Cooperación Alemana para el Desarrollo GIZ, @Giz_colombia, con apoyo de la Unión Europea, ha logrado incorporar a más de 1,000 migrantes a su equipo de trabajo como parte de su política de reclutamiento de personal.
